Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
faulty air conditioning unreliable tv
The location was good and I could access local eateries around the hotel.
The air conditioning did not work. Neither did the heating. The WiFi was also out of service, and the TV signal was unreliable. It was noisy, someone's alarm woke me up early because I could hear everything.

clean room quality linen working air conditioning
The room was very clean and quite spacious. The bed had quality linen, so it was comfortable. I liked that the air conditioning worked well.
The TV connection was a little glitchy , but it wasn't a big deal.

lovely staff clean room poorly insulated window small sink
the staff was lovely they made sure i had everything i needed the room was very clean it was a hot evening but i was given an excellent fan
the window was poorly insulated i had to deal with chilly air throughout the night the combination of small sink and large mirror made it clumsy to get washed

adequate but with some downsides
firm bed street noise
The room i was in felt quite cramped. the bed was firm, and i didn't sleep well . also, the noise from the street was noticeable at night. Thin windows offered little sound insulation. it was hard to relax with constant sounds coming in.

Excellent Stay!
perfect location easy access friendly staff
The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to public transport! The room was super clean and well kept. I found everything I needed. The friendly staff provided helpful guidance. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the receptionist. The price seemed reasonable, especially given how central it was!
I noticed some noise from the street at night. It was occasionally a bit disruptive, so I used earplugs.

The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. They even assisted with luggage. The reception area was always clean and well-organized. The staff answered my questions quickly and efficiently.

My room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. I found sufficient sockets for charging my devices. The air conditioning worked perfectly!!!
